We gathered information from the business owners and, together with guests, employees, and the hotel owners, co-created their visual, corporate, and verbal identity. Additionally, we developed a buyer persona profile, product suggestions, and created a marketing plan for the hotel.

For several years we've been seeking changes not only in our image and logo but also in the design of processes that will help us position ourselves in the market.
